1. Products
We sell digital audiobooks, audio courses and other related digital content for learning, exam preparation and independent study (for example, “Audiovodičák” for the Slovak Republic). All products are delivered digitally only – there is no physical shipment.
2. Pricing Model
- Each product is sold as a one-time purchase, not as a subscription.
- The current price for each product is shown clearly in the checkout window before you confirm payment, together with the applicable currency.
- From time to time we may run promotions or discounts (for example via coupons). Any discount is shown directly in the checkout before you pay.
3. Taxes, Currency and Fees
- Prices may include VAT or other sales taxes depending on your country. The breakdown is displayed in the Paddle checkout where required by law.
- Charges are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as merchant of record. Paddle may convert prices into your local currency and may use local payment methods.
- We do not add any hidden fees on top of the amount you see at checkout.
4. What You Get for the Price
- Access to the purchased digital audiobook via our web player (and/or any other access methods described on the product page).
- Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use in line with our Terms & Conditions.
- We may publish free updates or improvements over time. Where we release a substantially new product, it may be sold separately.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle will appear as the seller on your bank or card statement. Paddle handles billing, tax calculation and invoicing, and forwards the author’s share of the price as licence fees.
6. Changes to Prices
We may adjust prices (upwards or downwards) in the future, for example in response to changes in taxes, currency rates or added content. The price applicable to you is always the one shown in the Paddle checkout at the time of purchase.
7. Refunds
Our refund rules for digital content are described in more detail on the Refund Policy page and in the section on withdrawal and defects in the Terms & Conditions. Your statutory consumer rights (where applicable) remain unaffected.
